The tools that you can use for spicing up your website without paying a fortune.  here I’ll be reviewing the graphics tools that I have found useful over the years.  There’s a lot of stuff out there that isn’t carrying the $700 dollar price tag.  It may not be as functional as Photoshop; but do you really need medical image processing capabilities?   From Irfan View to Instant Banner Creator: From Quick Web Creations to Quark (or maybe not!) I’ll give you the nitty gritty low down on these softwares and images.   I suppose, that makes this a review site!!
